October 19th 10am to 12pm
Hands in Harmony, Energy in Motion
We’ll begin in circle with a short meditation and introductions,
then flow into a Reiki share:
one person receiving Reiki on the table while up to four others give.
Participation: $40 CAD
This October, join us for a Reiki Café designed around the joy of giving and receiving Reiki together.
We’ll begin in circle with a short meditation and introductions, then flow into a Reiki share: one person receiving Reiki on the table while up to four others give. Each table will have no more than five participants, creating an intimate and supportive space.
Theme: Flow Together 🌊
Like a river carrying the colours of autumn, our Reiki hands will join in harmony—supporting one another, cleansing our channels, and allowing energy to flow with ease.
Whether you are a Reiki student seeking practice time, or a practitioner looking to connect with community, this is your space to both give and receive Reiki in balance.
🧘♀️ Opening Circle & Meditation
Connect with Reiki and meet fellow practitioners in a welcoming circle.
✋ Reiki Share Practice
Rotate between giving and receiving Reiki in small groups (max 5 per table).
🌿 Closing Reflection
Learn how Reiki can support not just your emotional well-being, but also your physical radiance. Liz shares from both tradition and personal experience.
🎟 Tickets
- General Admission $40

Hi, I’m Nasreen—a Reiki Master Teacher certified with the Japan Reiki Association, head of its Canada Chapter, and owner of Japan Reiki Studio.
Reiki has been at the heart of my journey from self-healing to guiding others, and I’m honoured to create spaces where people can explore energy, connection, and peace—whether you're just beginning or continuing your path.
In this gathering, I’ll be your host as we breathe, connect, and share the beautiful energy of Reiki together.
Let’s tap into the force within—and have a little fun along the way.
The Toronto Waterfront Marathon takes place on the morning of Sunday, October 19. While Japan Reiki Studio in South Etobicoke will not be directly affected, students traveling from downtown Toronto or staying in downtown hotels may experience delays due to road closures near the waterfront.
Please allow extra travel time or consider alternate routes (e.g., Gardiner Expressway, Lakeshore west of downtown, or public transit).
Reiki Café is a welcoming space where Reiki practitioners and students gather in circle, share energy, and grow in community. Each gathering is a little different, but the heart remains the same:
Connection. Practice. Flow.
🕚 Time: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Doors open at 7:30 PM)
📍 Location: Japan Reiki Studio
(146 Thirtieth street, Etobicoke)
💰 Participation: $40 CAD
Open to All Levels - Reiki-curious, beginners, and experienced practitioners welcome!
Not at all! This event is open to everyone—from the Reiki-curious to long-time practitioners. You’ll be guided through everything step by step.
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it! This event is a welcoming space for anyone interested in learning more about energy and connection.
Yes! We’ll be pairing up for seated Reiki exchanges. You’ll both give and receive, in a way that feels safe, easy, and intuitive.
No, this is a community experience—not a certification class—but it’s a beautiful way to deepen your understanding of Reiki and explore it in practice. Please click here for more on certification class.
That’s perfectly fine. Nasreen will explain everything clearly, so you can simply relax and follow along.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You’re welcome to bring a notebook if you’d like to jot down reflections—but most importantly, just bring yourself.
