Terms and Conditions for Event Registration

1. General Overview

By registering for the events hosted by the Japan Reiki Association’s Canada Chapter, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the series of events taking place from October 4th to October 8th, 2024. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

2. Registration and Payment

All event registrations must be completed online through our registration page. Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the event(s). Payment can be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods as listed on the registration page.

3. Confirmation of Registration

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your registration. Please bring this confirmation to the event as proof of registration.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

14 Days or More Before the Event: If you cancel your registration 14 days or more before the event date, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

7 to 13 Days Before the Event: If you cancel your registration between 7 and 13 days before the event date, you will receive a 50% refund.

Less Than 7 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Organizer:

In the unlikely event that the Japan Reiki Association’s Canada Chapter must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund for the registration fee. The organizer is not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation).

5. Event Changes

The Japan Reiki Association’s Canada Chapter reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or content as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in these events, you acknowledge and agree that the Japan Reiki Association’s Canada Chapter, its organizers, and instructors are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. The information you provide during registration will be used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in the events. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
